Country Count for the Corporate Investigations List (January 2015)

China leads the countries reported to be involved in FCPA investigations with 40 mentions. Brazil is next with 10 mentions, andRussia with 9.

Country names were disclosed a total of 151 times in 107 pending investigations. Nineteen companies did not disclose any location, three disclosed regional locations without listing a specific country.
