To conduct our business in compliance with all applicable local laws, especially with Turkish Constitution and with all kinds of international agreements, contracts, agreements, and regulations the Republic of Turkey signed.

To establish our business on ethical principles.

Striving to gain a reputation for integrity, competence, and excellence

To introduce a transparent disclosure policy for the operation of the company

Maintaining and promoting fair competition

***

To comply with the labor law, including occupational health and safety, and to support fair employment of young, female, and physically disabled individuals

To prevent any corruption

***

To consider integrity as our core value in all our business processes and business relationships.

To strive for business ethics to form the basis of our corporate culture

To provide awareness, rules, and practices in order to ensure that our employees are kept away from conflicts of interest.

To be at an equal distance to all public offices, authorized persons, administrative units, and political parties in line with our activities and actions, without any expectation of benefit.

To support the work that will contribute to economic and social development.

To forbid our employees from receiving and giving gifts that could affect their own or the other party’s impartial decisions and behavior.

To develop practices to disseminate the above principles, concepts, and methods to all parties in our sphere of influence, including our business partners, entrepreneurs, and suppliers.

We declare once again our support to the 10 principles that form the core of the United Nations Global Compact, and state that we undertake to take these principles into account in the organization of our management structure and in the development and implementation of our company policy.
